As a reseller working with Shopify Collective suppliers, shipping times vary by supplier and product:
- Order Processing Time: 1-3 Business Days (varies by supplier)
- US Delivery Time: 5-7 Business Days after processing (Standard Shipping)
- UK Delivery Time: 7-14 Business Days after processing
- Shipping Carriers: Varies by supplier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other trusted carriers)
- Shipping Locations: United States and United Kingdom

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships from our supplier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
4. What should I do if my package is lost?
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Verify the shipping address
- Check all possible delivery locations (neighbors, mailroom, porch, etc.)
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number for further assistance
If the package is declared lost, please email us at help@tinystepsbaby.shop with your order number, and we will work with our supplier to assist you with a replacement or refund.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
For US Orders:
- Processing Time: 1-3 Business Days
- Standard Delivery: 5-7 Business Days after processing
- Total Time: Approximately 6-10 business days
For UK Orders:
- Processing Time: 1-3 Business Days
- International Delivery: 7-14 Business Days after processing
- Total Time: Approximately 8-17 business days

6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Tiny Steps Baby ships to the United States and United Kingdom. International shipping availability may vary by product and supplier.
7. What do I do if I received a defective or incorrect item?
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@tinystepsbaby.shop. We will work with our supplier to issue a replacement or full refund. Please include a photo of the item when contacting us.
8. Can I return a product?

9. Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part or our supplier's part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

11. What should I do if I haven't received my tracking number yet?
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days by our suppliers. After your order ships, tracking numbers may take 1-2 business days to appear in the carrier's system. Please check your spam or junk folder for the confirmation email if it has been longer than expected.
12. Why is my tracking number showing as invalid?
Sometimes, a tracking number may show as invalid before the package has been scanned into the carrier's system. Try checking the tracking status after a few hours or the next business day. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.
13. Can I modify or cancel my order?

14. Will my order arrive in multiple packages?
If your order contains products from multiple suppliers, items may ship separately and arrive at different times. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
